Summer 2010 Team Blue Water Heroe Showcase
Our Blue Planet Network community is passionate about doing whatever it takes to bring safe drinking water to those in need.
First, there were our 21 runners in 2007 who relayed around the globe to raise awareness and funds for safe drinking water.
Then there was Katie Spotz, who became the youngest person and the first American to row solo across the Atlantic, raising $100,000+ for our water projects.
Now we have a new crop of amazing individuals who are testing their physical and mental limits to give others the chance to lead healthy and productive lives.
Read their incredible stories and please donate whatever you can to support them. You will motivate them more than you can imagine, and more people will receive safe drinking water. And who knows, maybe they will have the chance to return the favor when you embark on your own "personal challenge" for safe drinking water?
