Jerry Gramaglia

Jerry Gramaglia is an experienced executive with a successful operating and investor track-record across multiple industries. His background includes general management and senior marketing roles at leading consumer companies E*TRADE, Procter & Gamble, Nestle, PepsiCo and Sprint.

Mr. Gramaglia also has extensive experience serving both public and private boards. He currently serves as director for Coldwater Creek (CWTR), a multi-channel women’s retailer, Acxiom (ACXM), a global provider of marketing services and WageWorks, a privately held provider of tax-advantaged employee benefits.

Mr. Gramaglia was most recently a partner with Arrowpath Venture Partners, a $325 million venture capital firm investing in early-stage technology start-ups. He joined the firm as entrepreneur-in-residence and later became partner serving as a director on the board of several portfolio investments.

Prior to Arrowpath, Mr. Gramaglia was President and COO for E*TRADE Group Inc. where he established E*TRADE as a leader in on-line banking and brokerage services. While at E*TRADE, he was instrumental in profitably growing the brand to over $1.3 billion in revenue with 4 million accounts, international expansion to 11 countries and the successful integration of multiple acquisitions which significantly strengthened and diversified E*TRADE's product line.

Mr. Gramaglia began his career at Procter & Gamble in brand management and later worked for Nestle, Imasco, PepsiCo and Sprint. He is a graduate of Denison University. Mr. Gramaglia lives in Silicon Valley and is active in the community including serving as Co-Chair of the Stanford Stroke Center advisory board.
