2006 Funded and Committed Projects

In December of 2006, Blue Planet Run Foundation committed a half a million dollars to its growing network of water project implementors. All projects applications and selections were made through our revolutionary Peer Water Exchange (PWX). This year we funded new projects with all our partners and added a couple new partners in new countries. To date using PWX, we have funded 135 projects in 13 different countries, 75 which are completed and 60 in progress. These projects have impacted an estimated 116,500 people.
