Will heads into Escalante Canyon.

Glen Canyon National Recreation Area and Lake Powell were incredible reminders of how beautiful it is to run around the world, even at altitude and in the heat. Keeping things light, Simon Isaacs carried an inflatable floaty 3 foot hot dog and ran “like a man possessed” while teammate Jason Loutitt joined him for his second shift of the day! The Run ferried across Lake Powell at Hall's Crossing, providing Laura Furtado with an ideal spot to dip in the warm waters of Lake Powell at the end of her run. At the Bull Frog Ferry Ramp Exchange Point, Team Orange met some campers and boaters who were very supportive of the runners.

While some members of the logistics crew celebrated after a hard day's work at a bar in the evening, they met a group of locals who became so excited about the Run that they quickly agreed to support the cause and donate!

Jason and Simon run the leg together thru the Canyons.

Jason makes the descent toward Lake Powell.

Dot stretches on ferry across Lake Powell before her run on the east side.

Brynn takes to the open road toward Blanding, Utah.
