The 7-7-7 date has floods of people over the pond in Europe and Russia getting married. With our crossing of the Europe/Asia border on July 4th, we are now also able to say this is so in Asia. For some, the idea of luck is an avenue for people to put believe into and no one can deny that sometimes all that is needed is a belief in something positive. From doing fasts as part of my training and diet once every four months, I have faced my own internal imbalances for using the craving senses as an escape for life. Often the food I have eaten along with my behaviour was done soley out of a cry for some connection. A cry for some avenue of belief that could channel my wishes, hopes, dreams and aspirations into a way of life. Facing these internal battles is what has enabled people throughout time to survive the worst tragedies and hardships that couldn't be imagined. Finding a positive connection to life can be the tipping point for being able to survive amidst the external or even internal chaos we all face.
Poem of the day:
If you were to put all of your time
In a bag and carry it in your pocket
Would you be afraid you would lose it?
and if you would also carry that fear
Can it cause the bag to get too heavy
and fall from your pocket?

Water is sacred
Simple and powerful
An essence makes life

Any form of life
