A special communication has grown from roots existing between Taeko Terauchi and myself to continue to bring us together. It has emerged as this incredible dance where each of us intuitively feels, knows and exists in balance with each other. When the right person comes along in our lives, the timing can sometimes contain lifetimes in the seconds and time can stand still. On the 4th of July 2007 in Eketerinburg, Russia the right moment and the right person connected in my life. It is with great joy that I am able to announce to the world that Taeko Terauchi and I are now engaged to be married! Taeko, the beautiful soul that is 'watashi no tamashii no partner' (my spirit partner) has lit up my life. Our journey around the world to share the message of hope and the need for safe drinking water for everyone, has already been an incredible adventure and now it has also brought us together!

Poem of the day:

'To my Taeko'

In the moment when this right
existence evolved in our lives
to shine in our eyes
we embraced and respected it by giving it life.
In the lifetimes of the
very few phenomenon bursting
into a nebula of universes transcending all,
the other star to complete our universe
is born to finally form the mountain of beauty
the little creek and water has defined so
we have finally found each other.
As the other part of me
I dedicated my life to define,
you have come along now to shine
and the timing contains lifetimes together
in our seconds that are passing.
As time stands still arising out of a state of awe
Knowingly, we are finally emerging from destiny
to dance our existence and shine our light
with each other from now on.

August 13 - From Camp Hale to Vail

24 Miles of altitude above 8000', mountains, fresh air, an incredible team and a run to my training grounds for the last two summers combined to make it one of the best 2007 Blue Planet Run days for m

On the 9th we started our running from Zion National Park in Utah at 3 am. I was up last and ran the last shift from 7:45 - 8:55.

Poem of the day:

Water is sacred
Simple and powerful
An essence makes life
And is life itself.
Any form of life
Is a justification of a celebration
