My training has me back on par with my double runs occurring again. The 4:30 am to 6 am shift was mine this morning and despite no sunrise the run was great due to the bike paths here that radiate a healthy approach to life. My 10.4 mile run was done in 56 min as a tempo and being able to jaunt around Amsterdam to take in some of the sites for another 36min run this afternoon helped the legs relax a little better. Being able to be at the Amsterdam exchange point and talk to some of the locals was a great add to running around the city later and seeing people recognize the logo and rethink both the cause and effect. It is amazing to note that yesterday in the city of Breda I went for my second run of the day in a forest trail network that went from city to city. It was absolutely incredible to run on and reminded me of when I used to live in Winnipeg and being in the Assiniboine forest.
Poem of the Day
Although, in path we parted participation principles Years, wake up from the hour of everlasting examples Ago, that worn grass animalistically sheds its high gloss shine Going, in a combination of ear lifting insight wire tapping Know, I take a step in yours with treads tattooed And, again, this morning?s run is with you Only, was on the path of like minded souls You, Remain.
