Poem of the day:
'The dancing wall we all run on!'
In France with Pants I did dance
and realize I was wearing shorts
With song and word from my country
I fumbled and stuttered from the caffeine asking for calfee
For passionate appreciation exists and rudeness does not
My excuse for smiling when someone probably has mentioned I look funny
Very much so enjoy casting the positive with others eyes
but did they just say to their friend of theirs why did that man just walk
into that wall

August 10th - 'In the company of our elders and our future generations!'
On the 9th we started our running from Zion National Park in Utah at 3 am. I was up last and ran the last shift from 7:45 - 8:55.

Poem of the day:
Water is sacred
Simple and powerful
An essence makes life
And is life itself.
Any form of life
Is a justification of a celebration

The California sun is screaming hello even though the temperatures are staying cool. I love it!
