Rosa Parks 3rd Grade in Sioux Falls Creates H2O Carnival

The Rosa Parks Elementary School 3rd Grade in Sioux Falls, SD organized an H2O Carnival and Bake Sale to raise money for safe drinking water projects. The kids put together games, art tables and lots of goodies and after much hard work, raised $1,300 for the water fund.
